Started her Real Estate career in 2002 and quickly went from sales agent to founding the first Keller Williams Realty franchise in the New York Metro Area where she was named one of the top 10 CEOs in the organization. Esther went on to launch an additional 2 KW franchises and served as CEO where she not only recruited over 1,000 agents but also developed a proven track record of growing individuals’ overall production. Esther currently serves as Broker Owner of Integrity Core Realty.
